Winners



Born in Shanghai and currently based in New York City, Xinyue Huang writes and publishes in both English and Chinese. Her work has appeared or is forthcoming in The Georgia Review, Pigeon Pages, Electric Literature, Hayden's Ferry Review, Bellevue Literary Review, The Kenyon Review, and elsewhere. She was a semifinalist for the 2021 Joy Harjo Poetry Contest, a finalist for the 2022 Black Warrior Review Poetry Prize and the 2025 Omnidawn 1st/2nd Poetry Book Contest, and the winner of the 2023 Loraine Williams Poetry Prize, and the 2025 Kenyon Review Poetry Prize. Her work has been supported by New York University Creative Writing Program, Tupelo Press, Vermont Studio Center, and Fine Arts Work Center. In fall 2026, she will be the Philip Roth Resident at Bucknell University.




Jesse Littlejohn lives in Princeton, New Jersey. His poems have been published in The Iowa Review, Washington Square Review, Mid-American Review, and elsewhere. 
 

Finalists



Tiffiniy Yingus Cheng writes poetry and makes experimental joke video art. Her work was nominated for a Pushcart Prize, received the 2026 Academy of American Poets Prize Honorable Mention, and was a finalist for the 2026 Tomaž Šalamun Prize. Her poetry has appeared in Oversound Journal, Berkeley Poetry Review, among others. She is currently pursuing an MFA at the Iowa Writers' Workshop and is a Ngai mountain boat person, but grew up in Massachusetts.
 

Miciah Pendarvis is a poet in the Iowa Writers’ Workshop. Her work has been published in The Atlantic, the Ninth Letter, Apricity Magazine, the South Carolina Review, and elsewhere. 
 

Guion Pratt is a poet, translator, and amateur mycologist from Charlottesville, Virginia. He is the recipient of the 2025 Lyric Poetry Award from the Poetry Society of America and an Academy of American Poets Prize. Guion holds an MFA from the University of Virginia, where he was a Poe/Faulkner Fellow.
