PSA PRESENTS WITH THE BRYANT PARK READING ROOM: Birds (LLC) in the Park

Join us as poets Dan Magers, Monica McClure, Niina Polari, and Sampson Starweather, each published with the independent poetry press Birds, LLC, read their poetry in Bryant Park.

Dan Magers' books include Partyknife (Birds, LLC, 2012). He is the founder of the online poetry journal Sink Review and the handmade chapbook press Immaculate Disciples Press, which focuses on poetry book and artist collaborations. His newest chapbook Spiritual Grave Year is published by Reality Beach. He lives in Chicago.

Monica McClure is a poet, essayist, and performer based in NYC. Her poetry collections include Tender Data (Birds, LLC, 2015) and Concomitance (Counterpath Press, 2016), among others. Her work has been featured in The Huffington Post, Tin House, jubilat, Fence, and elsewhere.

Niina Pollari is a poet and translator, and the author of Dead Horse (Birds, LLC 2015). Her most recent project is a split chapbook with the writer merritt k called Total Mood Killer, out now from Tiger Bee Press.

Sampson Starkweather, a founding editor of Birds, LLC,is the author of PAIN: The Board Game (Third Man Books, 2016) and The First Four Books of Sampson Starkweather (Birds, LLC, 2013), as well as nine chapbooks. He works for the Center for the Humanities at the City University of New York Graduate Center and lives in Brooklyn, NY.
